When we talk about quality management system, we mean to plan, organize, direct and control a system or organization by considering quality (quality defined in the ISO standard). An organization that decides to implement the ISO standard must implement quality throughout its organization. This quality should lead to the production of products that meet the requirements and demands, especially the demands of the customer. One of the honors of Sepahan Foolad Atashgah Company is to have ISO 14001: 2004 and ISO 9001: 2008 certificates. All production steps in this company are done according to the instructions of the quality control system.
